Welcome to AK Wildflour — a boutique Alaskan owned bakery located at 1325 E Palmer-Wasilla Hwy Suite 103 in Wasilla, Alaska (next door to the UMV).
At AK Wildflour, we specialize in small-batch cookies, breads, pastries, and handcrafted baked goods made from scratch using exceptional ingredients and disciplined technique.
Serving Wasilla, Palmer, and the greater Mat-Su Valley, our focus in simple: elevate the familiar into something refined, balanced and worth remembering. We source local ingredients whenever possible, and every product is made with a deliberate attention to quality, texture and finish.

November 8th & 9th - CLOSED
During our soft launch phase we will not have espresso / drinks available until we receive our backordered front of house equipment. Due to this we also will have a limited menu offering. We appreciate your patience and support as we continue to ramp up operations and training.
