At AK Wildflour, we specialize in small-batch cookies, breads, pastries, and handcrafted baked goods made from scratch using exceptional ingredients and disciplined technique. Serving Wasilla, Palmer, and the greater Mat-Su Valley, our focus in simple: elevate the familiar into something refined, balanced and worth remembering. We source local ingredients whenever possible, and every product is made with a deliberate attention to quality, texture and finish.

AK Wildflour began with a simple belief: good food has the power to bring people together. What started as a personal outlet for creating something meaningful has grown into a bakery rooted in care, intention, and connection.
Beyond the food itself, the long-term vision is to contribute to the community we serves, creating opportunities for people to learn practical skills like cooking and baking, supporting growth and investing in education, particular for women pursuing paths in fields where they are underrepresented.
At its core, AK Wildflour exists to create food that is thoughtful, refined, and consistently worth returning to while supporting and giving back to our local Alaskan community.
